i often see 'today's top discussions' presented on the right side of my home page.
i wonder when is the begginng of a fresh day on mylot? as i am in china, due to the time difference, how can i judge? you know, even in the USA,there are many different time zones.
anyone here can tell me,i'll be quite grateful.

I can't be certain, but I believe the day for the purpose of cutting off earnings is midnight, possibly eastern U.S. time. Again, that's a guess on my part.
As for the top discussions, that fluctuates throughout the day anyway, so I don't think it really matters. They rotate them to give more exposure, I believe.

I am curious about that as well. I get the impression that the day will begin some time in the next hour because it says that the earning were updated 23 hours ago. I think the earnings are a day behind because the numbers were a little lower than my actual posts were, but I guess I will see in about an hour. I should have a better ideas by tomorrow I hope.

your suppose seems reasonable. our earnings is one day delay, which means the begging of a fresh day comes the moment our earnings updated. that's one hour ago.
