Spasicity

This afternoon my body had a bad spasicity eposide. I took two baclofen that really didn't seem to help me to much. I go back to my nerologist next week I am going to ask for a change. It's not even that hot yet and I am doing this already. Does anyone else in here have this and if so what do you take for it? I am on baclofen. No matter how many I take it doesn't seem to help me to much at all. I have looked at the ms website to see other medications I am going to ask about. I hope that she lets me try something else. I take them everyday even if I don't shake like my nerologist told me but enough is enough espically if they aren't helping me.

I don't know that much about it. I know that I had a tightening and shaking and the neuro gave me Baclofen and then Neurontin and neither worked for me. I do take Zanaflex and it seems to be working somewhat. I still have my episodes, but they are much better. I do hope that you feel better soon, Shaunee.

Thank you Sherri I hope so also. I go next Wedsday on the 19th. I am tempted to call if it happens agian. My arms get shakey also. It scares me.

i have never had those. i also do not know about these attacks. but it something sounds not very common. you should consult the doctor at the earliest.

Are you referring to body spasms? That is bad. I hope it is only mild. I do hope too that you would stop having those spasms.

It has happened for awhile actully. I think I just need stonger pills for it then what I am taking now. I go to see my nerologist next week. If things get any worser I will call and leave a message.
