Do you like preparing veg? I don't mind doing things like cauliflower, carrotts, swede, brocolli but when it comes to peeling potatoes I really can't stand it, the starch from them irratates my skin and its boring, a bit like prepping sprouts, I find that boring as well. I like to just get it done althogh I prefer fresh veg to frozen, we only ever have frozen peas and thats only now and then!

I don't know if they have it where you are, but here in the U.S., they run a commercial for these gloves that peel potatoes by just rubbing them under running water, i've never tried them, but on the commercial, they look like they get the job done pretty quick.

Hi there... I love cooking and so I dont mind preparing anything, as it goes hand in hand with cooking... But as for the starches irritating your skin wow, first Ive heard... Have a great day...

I love veggies and eat and prepare them every day. It can be a lot of work...all the chopping and peeling. I try to make it easier though... I leave the peel on whenever I can and use the food processor to chop, shred, slice...
I like to use some frozen veggies (much quicker and often cheaper) for casseroles, soups/stews, and stir fry.
