In 1993 - 1996 my weight increased day/week/month my age was 15- 16. I used to love rich dishes, most I liked eggs, banana, Kaju, Pestas etc. are my favrouite, I used to eat minimum 5 eggs a days. But in 1997 I migrated from Assam to Kolkata, I couldn't suit the weather conditions here. Here I had to travel by trains full packed, it was disguting, as my weight was 78kg, I always use to sweat in buses & trains. At last I thought to loose my weight. But How? Than I decided to go to diet controll. Till Now I am continuing the daily routine. And now I am 32years old & my weight 55kg - 58kgs. My Cheast is now 38 inch My waist is 30.5 inches. You friends might find it as a story but its 100% True.
