No country for Old Men..Overrated?

oh yes! we have the same feeling. actually from the start.. i was just thinking.. what... and i thought this was like the best movie ever...:( i was quite disappointed in it. or maybe i did not fully understand what it was trying to convey.. im not sure. i got bored... did not like it very much.

lol, exactly my thoughts. i watched this movie and i was like "what happened?" it was completely awful and all that southern accent!!! i didnt even get half of the dialogues=P all i understood was that there was a drug deal gone bad and a guy picked up the money and somehow the mad man went after that guy for the money and end up killing him and his family and in the end he had a car accident and tommy lee jones was talking to that old lady and... ummm the end...=S and i am totally blank why it got the oscar.

and same goes for last year's best movie 'the departed'. it was extremely boring as well. i dunno whats up with such movies getting the best movie oscars.
