How Does Pay per Post work?

I recently came accross this writers site-it is great but i have failed to use it because I can post anything on it-any guide form an expert here?

Pay per Post may be good for very few people.I have submitted a blog and they said it contains a lot bad English, which I took from /American journals, written by. Americans themselves, if they do not know English then how about like is from India. Unless you have worthwhile matter there it is ok. Otherwise it is a BIG NO from side.Very bad experience.

In fact I joined some websites about this before. However, they are not trustworthy. Besides receiving lots of spams everyday, I had not real earning from it. So I am not interested in this kind of earning method any more.
