Gingerbread cookies! Not Christmas for us without Gingerbread boys so why not make them any shape? I love gingerbread!

Well how about using the cookie cutters as a pancake mold? Grease the inside edges of the cookie cutter, pour your pancake batter inside - thin layer and when ready to flip, take the coukie cutter off, and flip! I do this with the gingerbread boy cutter for my grand daughter for breakfast. When done, add chocolate chips for the buttons and eyes! She loves it!

I've used cookie cutters on brownies before. The only problem is there is a lot of extra pieces that have to be eaten from the cutting them out~ not really a problem, eating brownie pieces:)
I also use them for jello jigglers and rice krispy treats. Just to make them a little different.
