Overall, the study suggest that while women in their twenties believe that their current situations can be better, more than half cannot take the steps necessary for improvement because of lack of confidence. This leads to what sociologists have to come to call the self-fulfilling prophecy, especially since the mind is said to be powerful enough to sufficiently influence a persons behavior so that what one believes will happen, actually happens. thats why insteaf of wallowing in negatively, it is better to think uplifting thoughts; confidence buoys positive emotions, leading to a positive, can do attitude that ultimately helps one accomplish her dreams.

Yes, I agree. What we believe has the biggest impact. Believe!!! This is the word that will rule it all. When we put our beliefs in our thoughts, our whole system will get the signal and our expression, emotion and physical aura is projected by it.
We all need to check our thoughts once in a while. Nothing comes from reflection and refreshing ourselves once in a while to gain the confidence we need for ourselves and to be confident with our endeavors.
