I always figured that children do not instinctivley play with certain toys but with the ones their familys let them play with. I've found that my boys will gladly pick a truck, train, or car over any toy, any day. Well, a few days ago, just to see what they would play with, I hid their cars. I wanted to give their imaginations a workout for once. So, there it was.... my niece's dolls, dress up clothes and stroller. They not only played dress up and house. They actually took turns playing with my purse. I just wanted to see what they would do without the same old toys, and now to be quite honest, I'm a little amazed!

What amazes me more than anything is my sons will play with their baby sisters learning light up noise making toys that they all had when they were babies and the baby would rather play in a cardboard box or with a muffin pan then anything I have bought for her from Playskool!

My little boy is 1 year and half. He enjoy when we play together with some pieces and we construct some towers. I pup pieces one after another, but i don't succeed to raise the tower because he demolish quickly all what i done. But it is fun, at least for him because he is very exited when he do this.
