do you use a cordless keyboard or mouse for your PC?

I have used both corded and cordless
I have to say that I prefer the corded over the cordless
As much as I use the computer I was going through batteries for my cordless stuff like nobody's business LOL
I got tired of replacing batteries so i went back to the old trusty corded stuff

I tried cordless keyboard and mouse I think in '99. Husband (then boyfriend) bought it from Europe, yes it's nice and cool because of the freedom. But I hate it when you ran out of batteries!
They should make one with USB recharge. Or do they have that already?:D

I've used both, and even bought new cordless mouse and keyboard last year, but I definitely prefer a corded mouse. The cordless keyboard works fine, but the mouse is sometimes a bother. You have to move around a little extra than you would if corded, and it's just faster and less annoying to use a corded mouse.

I type too fast for a cordless keyboard. It can't keep up. I type nearly 100WPM and a cordless keyboard takes every other letter and that's not good when I'm at work and trying to type out a medical chart. A serious word or letter could be omitted.

Plus the batteries are too expensive. By the time I wind up replacing the batteries for the 5th time in a month, I've just bought 4 new keyboards and a few new mice.

The major annoyance of a conventional mouse with cord is, of course, the cord. Cordless mouse works great but it may run out of battery. Another solution is a mouse with retractable cord and USB. The mouse draws its power from the USB and users can adjust the desired length of the cord.

i have used a cordless mouse before to my computer and it used "AA" batteries in it. i loved used the cordless mouse but it got old replacing the batteries in the mouse, so now i just use the regular mouse with the cord to it. the batteries were getting too expensive and i can use that money elsewhere that i was spending on the batteries.

but i have never used a cordless keyboard before and i bet that they are just as nice to use as the cordless mouse is. i assume that the cordless keyboards also use some kind of a battery or batteries in them as well?

i use wired keyboard and wired mouse. i think it is much better to use it. and i do not buy stuffs for the pc unless i needed it. since the pc comes with a mouse and keyboard, that is okay for me already.:)

i use cordless keyboards and mouse. i wish i used one with cords because the batteries die quickly. inflation is rising in my country and batteries are very expensive. the cordless mouse gives you more comfort and control so i prefer a cordless mouse, but the keyboard does not have to be cordless.

NO I do not use a cordless mouse or keyboard, simply because I would have a child taking off with a cordless mouse and keyboard and it woudl be annoying the heck out of me...

its bad enough my wireless router for my cable on my desktop often gets unplugged and pulled out, I can imagine what a wireless keyboard and mouse would be like missing the batteries would be taken out

My daughter has a pentiece for tanking batteries out of things and loosing battery covers...

So I avoid wireless like the plague.

In the past my friend gave me a cordless keyboard and mouse. At first I though it was cool. However, I don't think it's good enough. Because when you type fast, there will be some spelling mistakes. So after that, I have to use the normal keyboard and mouse. It's much more reliable.
