can you make up your own martial arts?

Just too many Kung fu in this world, you have no idea what type of martial arts that newly form. You learn one martial art, and keep that for life, practice and perfect it. You'll become master one day, starts to recruit more and more students, like BRUCE LEE.

LOL. This has been the thing these days and that is why I always go and find those legit ones. Honestly, it's that easy to come up with your own martial art.

If we notice, most techniques used in different martial arts are just similar to one another. A couple of modifications and actually you can already call it your own. So here's a dummy tip if anyone here wants to create his own "cool" martial art.

First enroll to a legit class and do your very best to earn a black belt. After doing so, enroll in another martial arts class. Later on, combine those two and maybe put your name on it, say, (Your name) (combined name of different martial arts). Then go on, make some certificates and make yourself a self appointed grand master. After doing so, go to some areas where people don't really know much about martial arts and introduce your "cool" art. Train people until it becomes a word of mouth.

Funny isn't it? But that's what most people are doing. I even know a lot who are learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through videos and already claim that they are a member of this club or that club. HAhaha! Posers!

Everyone uses their own martial art... so the answer is yes.
