do you GOOGLE or do you still use dictionary/encyclopedia  

Whenever i do research on something, I will usually google it first. The problem nowadays is that most of the time, the results aren't exactly what I want. So I do refer back to books, encyclopedias and dictionaries. I tried using wikipedia as a reference once, but then the information from there depends on the accuracy of the person who originally submitted the article. So I always double check the info

My computer's on all day long so it's easier for me to google words. If the computer's off on the weekend or at night, I'll grab the dictionary.

My dictionaries are fairly outdated, though. So if it's going to be a word related to computer technology, chances are it won't be in our books.

Using Google as dictionary? It all depends on the word. The Google search may or may not return pages that explain a word's meaning. I usually look up online diction like freedictionary. It is more dependable.

Most of time I use Google more than encyclopedia and in the case of dictionary comparatively I use it more than Google or other search engines if I could not find then only I use Google or other search engines. For information other than the words I hope most I use is Google. Unless I do not have a internet connection I would opt for encyclopedia.

I use dictionary of languages but if there isn't word I need I use google.. but it happens very rarely..
