If you don't have enough money,but you like driving a car very much .Then what's your choose? You will buy a car or rent a car when necessary?

I think if you donn't have so many money ,you had better rent a car when necessary .Because if you buy a car ,you will cost so many ,and you will find yourself so poor then .
