Have you ever faced people who are extremely rude specially in Government office

Post offices are filled with rude staffs. They are not ready to answer more than one question. Similarly in shops and other places I have faced people who have no regard for customers. What is their problem? Do they have frustrations at home? Or are they paid less? Or is it a general attitude now to behave rudely without thinking about the sentiments of others?
