Dead Dad or Actor Dad? Which IsJack talking to?

Oh, please don't use the storyline to keep Gloria in the lime light! I am so sick of her! I have been wondering to, why jack is so trusting of Jeffery. I mean Jeffery can play this in so many ways and be the winnner every time! He could go along with Jack, collect the money and then turn the tables on Jack and get more or black mail Jack. Just seemed that Jack jumped to fast into this including Jeffery. Then again, I think it is really "bad" of hte writers to make John all but demand Jack give up his family home to Gloria. His life of memeories, not to mention the other kids - and just give it away. I am all for starting new lives and such, but it is just as important to keep the memories. Okay, I find i am speaking in the "real" world and not "soap world". I just hope they dont' lime light Gloria anymore - send her away for awhile an dgive us a break!

oh i know i have never liked gloria and can't believe john fell for it.i don't know why her sons are letting her do this. i was very surprised that jack trusted jeffery enough to do this. some how this is all going to blow up in jacks face. like you i feel jack should of gottin the house and can't believe john did that he left her enough money she could of bought a different one.
i get so mad at the soaps sometimes and my husband reminds me that its just a soap not the real world and he laughs at me.lol

Yeah, I get aggrivated to and have to stop and remember the same thing! I just think they ahve gotten so dull in the writting department and can see so much more in the storyline than they do and get myself excited to hope and then get dumped! Youd think I'd learn!

I also don't know why John doesn't know GLoria was the one behind the lotion scandle. I mean, he is a ghost, doesn't he "haunt" anyone buy Jack? Can't he "hear" anyone else? Another one of my annoying aggrivates!

gloria seems to be figuring something out so i can't wait to see what happens.

Well, today - Lauren found out Jeffery and Jack were communicating, however she then fell down the stairs so hopefully we'll get a little more fun out of it. Allistair is trying to come out and grab gloria for real! that would not be any fun!

The reason that thought hit me was athe first time Jack did see his dad "in public" he actually asked him "are you dad or Allistair?". I hope it doesn't backfire, I hope it works and Jack gets to keep his family home. I know he has done some bad things, but this is his family home and famiy home to the other abbots children. I don't think jeffery will walk away from all that money when all he has to do is.... nothing. If he'd just leave her alone, he'd be sitting pretty anyway! But then we wouldn't have a storyline!

Unless.... GLoris some how gets Allistair on her side,
teaches him how to be John, and some how concocts that John didn't really die...and this is John - she just had him "on ice" someplace until she was sure he'd "make it" alive again. Not like that has never happened in a soap opera!

I missed it today, but see...why can't they let things play out? This would have been such a good story!Fun and even some comedy! I don't know why they had him die - he was an original actor! Him and Paul WIlliams and Lauren!

Watched it this morning and Michael sees something odd to, so I dont look forward to much funand excitment anymore. Thought they'd make it good! But if they all know right off the bat, don't see much reason to stay tuned! Although since Gloria saw Sharon go in and Jeffry go out -- could mean soething else, but still - just kills the anticipation

Well did you see Lauren fall off the stairs? I do hope no one discovers the "ghost" isn't real for a long time yet. I want to see Gloria scared out of her mind, but now she suspects something.

Me to! I was disappointed when Lauren found out JAck and Jeffery were in cahoots - figured, there goes another good storyline. But with her falling downt he stairs, she can't tell what she saw or knows and Michael will be really mad at Gloria and might just tell her to take a walk off a short pier!

I am so with you on that Amberluv. They could have done so much with this storyline yet it is now out in the open. Yet they drag on for months other storylines! This one would have been fun. You are so right about things blowing up for jack but glories gets away with murder...literally. They could have had Lauren in coma awhile t throw off the track and play more time. Good grief, they haven't even revealed JiMins murderer, but this storyling that would have been alot of fun, is done in a week!
