I always have faith in GOD. I believe in the true Catholic Church. I believe that Jesus is always with us, especially in HIS Church. I believe that HE sends the Holy Spirit to our hearts that we receive the gifts that will heal us. I am sure that as we ask HIM for help, he is always here in our hearts. Because we are considered true poor sinners we ask HIM for his forgiveness, especially through the Church. Especially through sacrament of Reconciliation and Penance. As we be honest and confess our sins, we are feeling in our hearts that our sins are forgiven. We go to Church as much as possible. I am sure that HE understands that some of us cannot make it to every single mass. Mass is a really important thing to attend, showing we sacrifice ourselves as gifts to GOD. During mass we take part in the communion through the Eucharist. To me, I pray a lot, mostly quietly, at home. I pray for the whole world a lot. I pray especially for those who are poor, sick, homebound, in the hospital, incarcarated, and so much more. I pray mostly for those who have died that their souls may rest in the Heavenly Kingdom forever. I pray for my who family as well as all my friends. Especially those who I know so dearly. I even pray for those I never met before. Two years ago, I was eventually fully initiated into the Catholic Church. This came after my Rite of Christian Iniation of Adults, taking seven months to complete - from Sept to Easter. On Easter Vigil, Saturday evening April 15, 2006, I received Baptism, Confirmation, and eventually the First Communion at the Glens Falls St. Mary's Catholic Church. I still remember the sacraments. We all gotta live the Catholic faith. We need to forgive and love, which is really important in our lives. I know most of the saints and angels who have interceded for us through Christ to God. I ask the Heavenly Mother, the Virgin Mary to intercede for me and my family and friends. The Church offers lots of important prayers and recitations, especially the Holy Rosary and the St. Michael Chaplet. Through Christ in the Holy Spirit, we ward off all evil and Satan. We are the Catholic Church, having faith in God in Christ who saved us from sin and death by HIS cross. And we know that through HIS life, passion, death, and resurrection we are saved by accepting HIM as Lord and Savior. We will take part in HIS supper. In the old testament, because of the original sin of the first ever couple on earth, we had to inherit the same condition. Therefore before Christ, those who have died had to go down into Hell, which is the place of the dead; the underworld; Sheol in Hebrew or Hades in Greek. That was where the souls were imprisoned to await the Savior. I remember the parable of the Bosom of Abraham. I remember that between Lazarus' death and resurrection, he was transferred by angels to his place. I remember the Rich Man parable when the Rich Man did not care about the poor at all. And he asked Abraham to give him water to cool his tounge. But the Rich Man was denied due to his selfishness. There is the difference within the place of the dead. One is the hell in which the righteous souls and Abraham's bosom as well as Lazarus, awaited the liberation by Jesus. The other hell in which the wicked ones did not believe God at all. These are the souls that do evil and side with Satan. Jesus only went down into Hell, the world of the dead, to free only the faithful souls to be led away to Heaven. Yep. Jesus intercedes to the Father for us constantly. I do appreciate what the Bible and the Church says. I appreciate the Sacraments they give. So since Christ lived on Earth, died on the Cross and was buried and decended into Hell, rose up on the Third Day, and eventually ascended back to Heaven to His Father, the righteous souls go to Heaven after death of their bodies. I would imagine that Heaven is the place of pure white and peace, happiness. I can imagine the place with beautiful shiny golden homes, trees with fruits, golden roads and streets, pure dazzling light as well. So Heaven is the place and state of eternal life, love, communion, peace, freedom, happiness, and so much more. Also place of God and Angels, the spirit world, where righteous souls dwell after death. Because we die due to sin, but we will rise due to spirit. Of course our bodies are dust and return to the ground after death. But our lives; our souls go back to God. Those who still have little sins they have not yet confessed will have to undergo PURGATORY, the state of cleansing of souls after death of their bodies. Purgatory is the place of purification before admittance to Heaven. We often pray for those in Purgatory. Therefore, it is the fire of purity and love. Of course, God understands our problems and conflicts. Of course, we ask HIM to help and forgive us. We all ask those in Heaven to intercede for us. We ask Jesus to let them know we love them as we love HIM. So the Catholic Church is the place of Jesus in our hearts. We always look at life on Earth. We look at all the wonders and beauties, including lakes, rivers, trees, and all other plants and vegation as well as animals and creatures as reminders of God's love for us. We look at the sun, moon, and the stars as God's love. So we all are part of God's plan and we stick to it. Therefore we are branches attached to the tree of the Lord. The only thing we want to avoid is death, which is the ultimate enemy of life. The one who has the power of death and evil is Satan the Devil, who rebelled with his followers against God and deceives the world. But we ask HIM to help us to overcome evil. By HIS death, HE defeated the Devil. Therefore, we, through HIS light, defeated Satan. The Holy Spirit is the light of life. So we accept Jesus as King and Savior. We know the Heavenly Father, King of our souls. We know Mary, the Mother and Queen of Heaven and Earth. The only real place we all avoid is HELL, the place and state of separation from God. Hell is the place of eternal death, punishment, fire, and exterior darkness. Hell, Satan, and death, therefore is the ultimate enemy of life. I pray that Saint Michael by God's power will imprison Satan and evil followers; evil angels and people, in the deepest and lowest depths of Hell forever. So, I would imagine Hell as the place of being tormented, imprisoned in chains in caverns of darkness forever. This is the only subject to keep away from at all costs. And pray to God that HE will help us. HE will win in HIS Son, Christ, the Holy Spirit. He also wins in Mary, all angels and saints. He especially wins in us. And we will all live forever and ever with Jesus Christ. Of course, we will all be raised to everlasting life on the last day. Of course after death but before the resurrection on the last day there is personal/particular judgment for each of us. After the general resurrection, there is general judgment for all. Therefore all evil, death, and sin are all abolished. And eternal life is in us. My mother's side of the family were all Catholic. I pray a lot. Especially whenever I go to Church. I recite all the prayers and all other stuff, like the Chaplets and the Rosary itself.

The Catholic Church originates in the 11th Century when the then Bishop of Rome, in a fit of hubris, split from the Orthodox Church. Until that time he had accepted that authority resided in the joint council of Bishops, this doctrine he denounced, declaring himself Pope and that authority resided only in himself.
The Catholic Church has introduced many deviations from the original spirit of Christianity, in some cases going clearly against Jesus' direct commands.
