snowboarding bindings and board

The board I own isn't click in, but I used them for several months [in rentals] last season. I haven't had a problem with them, but I've heard from some people that after a while the springs that make the bindings 'click' in will wear down. That's why when I finally bought my board I didn't stick with those. They are really handy when you're at the top getting ready to go down, you only have to step in. You have to be careful, though, because if there's snow or anything on the bindings or your boots they won't latch. They're finicky, but definitely decent for riding.

dude i have been snowboarding since i was about 6 years old and like the other dude i have used both click in and step in bindings and im going to tell you right now that if you want are going to be searious about boarding you need to get click in binding... i know it talkes a little longer to get in them at the top of the mountain but its worth it cuz those kinda bindings have much more foot support and will help your rideing trust me....

another good tip would be to buy a snowboarding tool and keep it in a back pack wile you ride cus no matter what binding you get when you ride everything loosens up and you will need to tighten everything up...
