Are Staphylococcus aureus emerging 'super-bugs' ?

Recent CDCC reports have documented that people infected with S. aureus infection during last year were much higher than those infected with HIV. Moreover, recent screening of VRSA strains (Vancomysin Resistance Staphyococcus aureus) had made the scenerio even more difficult....thus an urgent need to find drugs against S. aureus infection in near future is a must.
