In the local news yesterday it was revealed that a young female mmedical student conducted a study on the impact of pumpkin seeds on menopausal symtoms.
Her studies proved that eating these seeds do have a positive effect on menopausal women. Of course the traditional lab rat was used to aid in this study. I do not have the full details but I think this is great news for women.
Many poeple I know prefer to take natural remedies once the option is feasable. I knew that vegetarians snack on pumkin seeds like nuts but I wonder if they had any idea just how valuable the seeds actually are.
What do you normally do with your pumpkin seeds? Would you be willing to start eating them now to gain the benefits or would you wait on the big confirmation of its value?

Oh dear I made a mistake in my heading which I just noticed. It should be menopausal symptoms and not menstrual. I really wish we were able to edit stuff after posting sometimes. I really hope I did not mislead you much Lilaclady but that you noticed the dfference in the content. Sorry about that. Really I am. And to think I checked before I posted.
Thanks for stopping by just the same.

Thats ok it could very well be good for both anyway as it is probably to do with hormones anyway...a lot of natural things are good for the hormones...
