Is there any webpage that explains all the terms and how to work in torrents? trackers,seeders etc.

You can try dessent.net/btfaq/#what. That's what I used when I first started using torrents. Pretty good guide for everything. Hope this helps.

It's really easy to work with torrents. Any of the major sites out to be able to explain the basics to you:
