traffic exchanges

I must confess to a gap in my knowledge on this subject.
Does it pay well?Like how much?

I belong to about 15 traffic exchanges in total, and I do the regular and best ones daily, I always go for traffic exchanges that offer a 1:1 ratio so for every page you view you get a page view in return. Some sites offer real bad ratio rates like having to surf 5 pages for 1 which is a big no no for me. I do get good results from them, but mostly through banners and text ads. Avoid the automatic exchanges because you set those up and they accumulate credits and you don't have to do anything, so no one is bothering to look at your site as you can have them minimalized too! Go for the manual ones. Also ones that offer bonuses as well for surfing! I have been doing traffic exchanges for many many years now and I am pleased at the results and I enjoy doing them as well.
