Change of Regional medium of studies to English Medium

Friends,
Here in India in late 1970's, 1980's & 1990's we people were sent to school of our mother Tounge Languages normally. Students had to study in their own languages (mother Tounge) i.e. Bengali, Hindi, Gujrathi, etc. & English was taught from Class V or VI. As days passed we people came to know the truth that without English we cant get any kind of Job or for higher studies outside India. Reality seems to be very dangerious here. There are so many Graduate people having many degrees from reputed institutions. They are applying for job in abroad but due to lack of their English speaking/ writing skill they are disqualified. I think English is needed in every steps of life. Study system should be upgraded in Inida.

Friends can we believe it ourselves that the Tutors/ Teacher we have are able to bring us to that standered which we need in this world?
I think they too lack in some type ...............
