Does anyone know much about facebook?

I did check it out but what are your experiences there, have you found long lost friends, are you catching up with these people? What do you use this site for? I know some people are saying it is a great way to stay in touch with family and friends but like there are other features too there for having fun, which ones do you use and would you recommend this site to any of your friends?

I have accounts at Facebook, Vampire Freaks and Myspace and Facebook is THE best IMO hands down....I have not only gotten back in touch with some friends from WAY BACK but I have alot of fun there too with some of the applications like Owned, Wrestler, Lil Green Patch and so on...

As long as you are having fun and you have time for the games I can see how addictive it can become. I think it is quite different as it is trying to offer something different to its users and is trying to improve on itself and its features and options making it better for their members.

I am a member of Facebook. I have found long lost friends, and friends from school that I lost contact with. There are games on Facebook and you can compare your scores with friends. There are applications that allow you to do things like online dating, compare your personality with those you know, and similar things. It is quite a good site.

It seems to be getting more and more popular which is a good thing for those who have already starting using using it and are already hooked on it. I guess we will see how good it really gets in a matter of time but it is a good thing for those who wish to find their long lost friends.
