can you learn piano on your own?

well i started playing the keyboard at the age of 5. but then i never took any training...and i still don't know any basics. all that i do is to take out latest songs on the keyboard...mostly without left hand accompaniment. or sometimes i visit youtube piano tutorial vedios and learn a few songs with left hand accompaniment from there. i am not at all satisfied with this. and nor do i have the time to take any sort of training now. any suggestions as to what can i do? which books can i buy? i really want to play keyboard properly...like a professional...if thats not sounding too childish or wierd!

if i will have a piano, i think i can learn to use it, likewise in guitar, i learned of it when my first boyfreind court me coz i borrobed his guitar during weekends.
