Headaches are the only thing that i can't seem to get a hold on.They were pretty regular earlier but tehn on a friend's advice i got my eyes checked and found eye sight to be the cause.since, then the frequency has been decreased and now i stay happy and not much bothered about turning off the lights and getting into my covers.
But when they do my way of handling them since I dont take medicens is to drink lots of water and avoid caffeine or a cold drink.I would also suggest to avoid very cold drinks or very hot drinks too since they aggravate the condition.

Yes often ... I work with IT so it's not uncommon for me to sit in front of a computer 12 hours or more in a row, that can really make your head hurt bad.

I almost never get headaches.
The very few are sinus related.
They usually began on each side
of my nose, just below my eyes,
and if it worsens, there may be pain just
above my eyes. These headaches are easy to
cure. I take a couple aspirin and then rinse
my nasal passages with salt water. Most of
the discomfort is gone in 30 minutes to an
hour, and with continued salt water rinses
the cause of the sinus inflammation will
be gone in a day or two. My sinuses act up
about twice a year - in the spring and fall.
After experiencing the first symptoms of
my seasonal sinus inflammation, I begin to
use the saline rinses once or twice a day,
in the morning upon wakening and before
bedtime, which eliminates the irritation
and prevents additional aches and pains.
