Is Anyone Else Really Missing 24?  | |  I know that we won;t get to see a new episode of the next season until January (thank you ever so much freakin' Writer's Guild), and yes, I know that it is the most reactionary neo-Con propaganda machine on broadcast TV.
That being said, I am a total addict and am REALLY jonesing without it.
Any other 24 freaks feel like me, reply and share in my withdrawal.

It's one of those shows that I MUST wait for a commercial to say, go get a snack, or go to the bathroom. I have to wait because you never know what to expect.

Watching season 1 i was able to get all my friends to start watching it and get really obsessed with it. Every week when i was younger i could not wait for tuesday (it used to be on tuesday's at 9 and i still remember;-)) Then it would turn to be the end of the season and i would have to wait for that day in january when the season started again. Then this summer I got to meet one of the producers of the show and it was an amazing experience. He was really nice and he got me all hyped up about 24 starting. He told me secrets about the show like saying that Tony might not be dead and i was like you gotta be kidding me. Then before January I saw commercials that Tony was alive and was a bad guy. I could not believe it and I was so excited for it to come back on. Then i heard about it not returning until next year and it really made me mad. It took me a little while to get over it but i sort of forgot being that most shows were cancelled anyways. We all miss Jack and hope he comes back. But good luck and it better come back on next year. | |
