i havent tried it and this is the first time i heard about it. there are a lot of products out there that promises weight loss. promises that it is effective. i think the best way to lose wieght is to be disiplined about food intake and have a lot of self control. my friend used to drink slimming tea but it ended up having her ulcers. i dont know why but i think those products have side effects. go to the natural and healthy way.

I havent tried those but I wanted to weigh in on this. I have tried almost EVERYTHING out there and nothing has worked for me. No matter if it says it really works. I have spent hundreds of dollars in the past 5 years. I recently have lost my first 10 pounds. How? I cut out the sugar, fast food, and "bad" foods. Eating more fruit, more veggies, more home cooked meals that I make.. and drink more water. 10 pounds in my first month, met that goal, next will be 10 pounds for month 2. I feel wonderful and its really hard to get past the first 2 weeks but after that is cake. I'm not trying to preach but healthy diet and a little exercise is the way to do it. I've lost so much money on diet pills.. Best of luck to you sassy.

I don't think diet pills are going to truly help anyone lose weight. I have tried a number of them... it was just money down the toilet and in the end I gained more weight. If you want to suppress your appetite, take in more fiber as it fills you up. There may be fiber supplements you can take, fiber does help.

I would seriously think very hard before taking any kind of pills to help you lose weight. Years ago I was prescribed some diet pills and found myself addicted to them very quickly. They were amphetamine based, dangerous, and although I did lose a few pounds, the second I got myself off the darned pills, the weight just went straight back on.
Sensible diet and exercise is the way to go.
