hi, i visited your blog and i find it very informative and amusing because of some simple english words misused. you know what this would help a lot of people, including me because i tried writing for a friend who owns a dotcom company here and it turned out be a disaster because i thought i was writing well until their client complained that my grammar was bad. i believe that this would help a lot of americans also because while i was working for a call center and most of our clients are from the U.S and i found out that americans are not that good in the english grammar. thanks for the link and i believe that you will be updating the blog everyday, for obvious reasons. people will definitely provide you a lot of info to be included in your blog. geat one, kowgirl!

Thanks Tigerdragon
I am visiting lots of blogs just dropping off e-cards so I am getting a lot from them. It's funny how you don't see these small mistakes until someone points them out to you.
I had to proof-read a website yesterday and it took me hours to get through it because I kept missing some simple words.
Maybe we should start up a blog explaining slang English. I bet that would get a laugh. Or would that be an insult to rednecks like myself. ;)
Hope you have a good weekend

Hello Kowgirl, how are you doing? I love the blog. Do you upkeep it yourself? Do you allow contributors? I have a funny storie about "live" (verb) and "lives" (noun / verb). I tutor a student in English. She was confused with live (verb), such as "I live here..", "She lives here.." and "Their lives are so simple" (noun usage). When we use lives as a noun it has the same spelling as "she lives" (verb spelling) but different pronunciation. It was kind of interesting to make the connections with her.

I know how that word can confuse people. There are a lot I haven't gotten around to posting that confuse some.
The English language isn't an easy one to understand.
Yes I will take anything you have to contribute.
And you get credit for anything you do contribute.
Just send me whatever you want posted. I will check
to see if there is a way for this to be an "open to everyone" blog so anyone can post.
Thanks
Kowgirl
