Sick and feeling guilty

I've had a really bad dose of the flu since thursday night, I managed to get most things done on friday, but stayed in all weekend, now I admit I still did quite a bit around the house.But istill feel quitly about not working hard enough, like not tiding out my storage.I mean I know I just could lift anything at the moent but I still feel bad.Are you this hard on yourself?
