I wish I was! I'm a success at being an apartment manager, but that sure wasn't my dream. I wanted to be a military nurse. I greatly admire and respect the inner strength of these women, and the work they perform. It's not a pretty job, but it is a vital one. But because of my poor eyesight, not one of the military branches would accept me. So I settled for being a nurses aide until I could no longer do the necessary lifting. Then, I went into private home care for a military man I knew who was a victim of agent orange. He told me I would have made a great military nurse. It was the highest compliment I have ever received to this day...
