Why is it like tht?Tht the one most close you are the one tht hurt you the most?

I have being really really close with a friend for 16 years now and we have known eachother when we was young. Although we lived far away and was too young to take bus alone so we only meets on weekend.. After she moved to another country have I asked my parents if I can go there to study and when I was 13 years old they finally let me go to study there.. I lived in the same bed room with her and went to the same school and had common friends. We always talked about that we will move out togheter when we gets older and made alot of promise that I really belived in. When I was 16 have my parents asked me to move back to them and I accepted because my friends parents was going to divorce so they already have some family problems. I still had really good contact with her and we talk in phone atleast 1-3 times in a month, but from last year have everything changed... We gets older meet our own friends changed in another way a different lifestyle Like different things View things from different points experience different things get our own problem She have always being that kind of person that always put all her effort on the one she love and I usually doesnt have much problem with it, but in the past years have she done too much for her ex-bf... leaned money, know he cheated, gambling, made 2 girl having abortion. But she keep going back to him... and broke up with him for half year ago. Now is she into other guys in another country that's near and I know most of them are player and how they cheated etc.. It's some guy we meet at summer camp. I have being in really bad mood latley and asked if she could come and pay me a visit, but she told me that she is going to visit those guy because he just broke up with his GF and really upset etc etc. I did not say much, because I really got nothing to say and whenever I ask her if should come over will she make tons of excuse. The biggest problem is she even break these excuse later on and act like nothing happened and did not even try to explain a little to me why it have changed or something like that. I feel that our friendship is over and she doesnt care anymore.. she is moving in half year and have not told me before I asked her she said she doesnt have money to visit me but she travel to so many places... I feel kind of heart broken
