I am barrel racing my horse Honor, do you have any good advise?

Well first off has he been trained to run barrels? If so then just start out working slow to build your confidence up. Your horse can feel if you are tense and in barrel racing you want to stay calm and keep your horse calm. Keep him in shape and work him regulary. There are some neat sites out there that are devoted to barrel racers. I'm a member of two of the sites and we always have tons of helpful adive on them.
