Do you have a sweaty palm?

I have sweaty palm and even feet. I sweat a lot. I don't know the real cause of it but sometimes it is very uncomfortable especially when I am writing, the pen will be very wet and really disgusting if someone will know about it. I don't really do shakehands because again it is very disgusting when someone feels that my hand is wet . Also when I am using computer, the computer board will become wet. Is there any medicine for sweaty palm?

Oh my god, I finally found another person like me. I have sweaty hands and feet also. I hate it when I have to shake someone's hand and mine is all sweaty. I have a problem with my feet, they sweat so much that shoes always stink, like if they where wet and you didn't dry them. My shoes always stink, I wear clean socks all the time but that doesn't work.
I once heard that there is an injection for your hands, so they can stop sweating but I'm not that sure about it. Recently for my feet, I use a spray (it's a deodorant for your arm pits) I forgot what it's called, but it works. My feet don't sweat anymore and my shoes don't stink.
