What cliche phrases do you hate?

We all have things we get annoyed hearing or reading over and over. Lately, I've found that "what is this world coming to" is a little too common on MyLot and it's grating on me a bit. Any similar feelings to share?

I'm not sure about a cliche mylot phrase, but a phrase that really gets on my nerves has got to be 'my bad.' It isn't sincere. It doesn't mean 'I'm sorry.' It's more of a 'oops, it's your problem now.'
It especially is annoying when it's said in a professional setting, because it seems like such a childish thing to say.
