As I read alot of Dr. Seuss books to my kids this question goes through my mind often. One can only think, was this man a genius or on drugs? "Have you a Zans for cans?" Do you play ring the Gack? A Ying?" This man was insane, or on drugs, or had a brilliant imagination. What do you think?

Dr Seuss was a genius... some of his themes are quite deep and meaningful actually

Brilliant. Think how crazy the guy who wrote lord of the rings had to be to come up with a whole language called elvish or whatever. I think there are few minds made as creative as that of Dr. Seuss. Kids have loved him for decades and will continue to do so for many more.
