loyalty at work

if you have work for how many years and someone offer you a bigger salary and more benefits at work would you be resign and go for the other company or stay with the company you been worked for so many years? for me, its very hard decision to make....if your happy with the company you been worked then i will stay if not i will go to the other company....

I am afraid for me loyalty would not come into it, more money and more benefits, I would be gone!! In this world you need to take what you can when you can get it. I think I would probably go to my boss first though and say that I had been offered another job with more money and more benefits, because sometimes if a company does not want to lose you through being a good worker then they will try to offer you something to get you to stay, so yeah I would try that first!

If I face this situation, I review and think it over. Is the company we work now give us a long term career? Does our position now is good prospect? If it's not, then I will choose other company. If I'm offered good position, good career, and higher salary, undoubtedly, I choose to resign. It's no deal with loyalty or not, of course we must get a better life...
