Is Television leasing cause of violence in todays society.

Need proof. Even then I'll still doubt it. People aren't just violent because of TV, music or video games, some people are just depraved, sick and violent period. People hurt and kill each other over some of the dumbest things (shoes, game consoles, CDs, "bling", girlfriends). Other people have ego problems and simply fight to prove they are better. Then you have those that were raised very poorly, they turn to violence to solve their problems as they've not been taught better, or its the only reality they know.
