Do you jog every day?

Jogging is a excellent form of aerobic excercise. It improves our stamina and genral muscular strength.You should run for 30 minutes for five days of a week. Most of the expert advise us not to run or jog every day so that the body has a chance to repair itself. eventually, once you build stamina and strength you can take part in marathons. Warm up excercise are must before jogging and cool down excercise when you finish. drink one or two glass of water before you starts and when you finish in order to replace lost body fluids. so dont jog every day :)

Thank you for your information so is it good for five times per week ? or just 3 times per week ? If no time during weekdays, what should I do ? Pls advise. Thx and Cheers.

its good to jog for 30 min for five times a week. If you dont have time or can't adjust. Other best way is walking. you can walk to the shop, or work if its close. dont take lift or escalator: walk up instead. So you just have to walk. Best way : )
