What new technique or ability would you give Ichigo? (ANIME)

Ichigo is incredibly powerful, especially when he's in his hollow form, but beyond that the only technique he ever really uses is Getsuga Tensho. It's a good attack but once it fails he doesn't have anything else to fall back on. Meanwhile his enemies usually have multiple abilities. What new attack/technique/power/ability would you give Ichigo?
