Which jobs do you dispise the most?

We all have our preferences when it comes to what we want to do as work. There are some jobs I will avoid by all means. For me that job is nursing. There's just no way I can handle the blood and all that jazz of nursing. I would probably end up fainting and leaving the patient unattended to. Is there a particular job that you would not like to have to resort to? What is your reason for avoiding this job?

I was a nurse...lol. I don't know that I could go back to it- not for the same reasons as you, though I do not tolerate that sort of thing as well as I used to- but more because of the stress and poor working environments. There is a reason there is a shortage of nurses, and it's not necessarily because there aren't enough of them around. My only-if-I-have-to job is waitressing. I have done it, and I could do it again, but it is what I consider to be my last resort. My husband wants me to get a part-time job and he wants me to apply up at this little restaurant near us (we are out int he middle of no where). It is a very nice place, the owners are wonderful, and I have no doubt it would be a decent job...but *groan* the thought of waitressing...I give major kudos to those who do it and do it well!!

TELEMARKETER...of any kind! I don't think I need to elaborate on the annoyance of doing this job and being the one to answer the phone to a call of that kind.

I'm much like you. I wouldn't make a good nurse or caregiver. I just don't have the tolerance or patience for it. I'm not a hands-on kind of person. Pretty much, if you get sick you are on your own. I know its a horrible way to be, but I just can't handle cleaning up after someone like that.
