I hadn't used them in years but my daughter's friend gave her some and I forgot how great they are. My daughter has very thick hair and to use a curling iron on her that will curl it right it takes hours. So we had Prom and I decided to use the rollers on her hair to save me time and it was wonderful. The curls were still there and in place when she came home in the morning. I know curling irons are fast and easy but they just don't work like the old hot rollers do. So do you still use them?

I haven't used a curling iron or hot rollers in years!! lol I had long hair for 10 years and then cut it all off and never went back. I don't want to have to use curling irons or anything of that nature again. I'll never be able to get away from a hair dryer though but I did the curling iron and am so happy!

My daughter loves hot rollers
She uses them all the time. I surprised her with a large set for Christmas and when she saw them in the store, she asked me if I was crazy for the price I paid.
I just told her don't worry about it, you wanted new curlers, so I got you a better set

I remember them and as I was cleaning the bathroom I noticed that I have a set of them! that I did not remember. lol. I have not actually ever used hot rollers on my own head or anyone elses, how odd that I have a set... must have got them at auction. I would not know the first thing about using them.

I use to use them all the time and wish I knew what I did with mine. My daughter also has thick hair and when she was in a wedding we used hot rollers on her hair. It came out beautiful. Yes, it does take a little longer then a curling iron., but I agree, the results are much better.
