Princess Diana the Verdict Is In!  

The British taxpayers have to pay for all this. Mr Al Fayad will never be convinced it was an accident but the majority of people have believed this all along. Few people really thought the Royal family were involved. The whole thing was a huge waste of money. I don't think it has made any difference to anyone.

It was an accident, a terrible horrific accident. Why can't they let her rest in peace. I'm sure she would be upset about all the money wasted on investigation and not spent trying to help people, the way SHE would have it!

Please leave her alone.
I mean,she is dead,and it´s a shame to talk about people who aren´t alive.

I don't ever think they will have closure. There are too many if and why's.

I watched this on the news. In fact, I read quite a bit about Diana's tragic death over the years.
I never really believed it was the conspiracy that Dodi's father claimed. Although I have read a lot of odd things. For instance, this mysterious car racing away from the scene.
I dont believe she was ever pregnant, but it is hard to know whether they had intended to become engaged.
I dont think we will ever know the truth to this.

What I don't get is why are the paparazzi not being held accountable in their part of this. Yes, it says that the chauffeur was drunk and driving too fast...but he wouldn't have been if they weren't being chased. I think the paparazzi should be reprimanded for their part in this as well...it's unbelievable that they couldn't "waste their time" to show up for the inquest. Maybe they shouldn't have "wasted their time" chasing after her in the first place.

I do hope that her sons get some comfort from this but I agree with you - I would never say that the findings of this inquest are totally correct! I still have a part of me that thinks a certain elder royal had some involvement in what happened but after all this time and with no evidence it is time to move on and let her rest in peace! xxx

I think it's definitel;y best to accept the verdits of both inquiries and just move on. I can certainy understand Mr. Fayad's greif over the death of his son but he's putting innocent people through incredible stress and it's probably not what either his son or Diana would have wanted.

She was a wonderful Person and did not deserve to die
I still blame the Paparazzi very much if they would have just left them alone and not be so greedy to get their Picture and try and write about her Personal Life the Driver would not have had to speed up
I don't agree with Drinking and Driving at all but he still can not take the full Blame
Where ever that Woman went she was chased, she had no personal Life at all, I am surprised they didn't try to catch Photos of her sleeping at Night in her Bed
Sorry Heather I really liked Princess Diana she was the same age as me, I was devastated when she died, there really was no need for it
If they had left her alone in her private World I do not believe she would be dead now

I'm not sure still. Diana and Dodi were a bad combination as far as the British Royals are concerned. If there was any skullduggery there is no way there would be any evidence, no way any individual could have the finger pointed at them. We are talking about some extremely important people. Everything would be done to protect those left behind.

If there was a plan to have Diana killed then the truth will never be told. How could it?
