Utility bill help  | |  Are there places that will help pay for your high utility bills during the summer? I thought I saw once were the United way helped low income families.

| | 2.  working4theweekend (941) | 2 years ago |  I don't know if there are places that help but most utilities allow you to pay a flat rate each month so it doesn't fluxuate in the summer or winter, for instance my electric bill is $65/month all year long, no matter if I have the heat on all day or not at all.
