How Do You "Unwind" At The End Of The Day?

Some Soft Music, Glass Of Wine, Soak In The Tub? I Always Like To Go Where It's Quiet, Usually In My Bedroom, Have A Glass Of Wine And Watch A Little T.v While Catching Up On E-mails And Junk Mails. You See, I Have 4 Kids, So If You Think That I Get An Evening Like That Often, Well...Sadly No, I Just Plop Into Bed If I Can Drag Myself Off The Couch And I'm Usually Asleep By The Time My Head Hits The Pillow.

Hi Ladylonewolf, this is my 100th post and I want it a bit memorable like somewhat unwind at the end of the day.
If I can drag myself off the couch (as you put it so eloquently), I would go upstairs to our shared bed, with our 5 and 4 year old daughters, discuss the nicest event of the day or I will concoct crooked bedtime stories which they can't resist but to correct, exchange giggles, talk some more about anything till they are pass asleep. This is unwinding to me.
