| I got a new sewing machine  | | | |  When I went to law school, I could not take all my stuff with me. Reluctantly, I put my old sewing machine in storage. I really missed it though. Today, I bought a new one. Now I can get to quilting again.
Quilting is how I relax. With the bar exam coming up, I need all the relaxation I can get.
When I finish a project, I will post pictures.

When did you start quilting?
I just starting in the past year with making some quilt tops. I'm not going to quilt them myself. They with either get tied or I'll have someone machine quilt them. It is a lot of fun seeing it come together though.
Right now I do it for something to do. Since I stay home with the kids. I can manage to get some sewing done while they are playing well together.
When I get a top totally completed I'll post them as well.

Yeah, I hate the quilting the layers together part. Piecing the top is fun. So, I mostly just do a bunch of small patterns across the top to hold it all together. It works.
