Are you a good leader or good follower?

I used to be a follower, I was very shy and did not have an ounce of confidence then one day someone came into my life and they had faith in me and boosted by confidence up so much somewhere along the way I lost my shyness, gained heeps of confidence and all of a sudden I became a leader, I think confidence in your self and a little faith from others can turn anyone into a leader.
