Enough with the protesting.

I understand why people are protesting China, and the Olympics being in Beijing. I get both sides. What I don't get is why people are protesting on the streets of my city which has absolutely nothing to do with the situation.
I'm not sympathetic to either side when they are impeding me doing my daily business.

yeah I could understand why that could frustrate someone, considering your city has nothing to do with it. Those kind of issues affect the whole world directly or indirectly. Personally for the most part I don't think most protesting works, but I'm not against it either. I do think those protesters are standing up for a good purpose, I think more people need to take actions for what they believe in.
