If you could tell anything to your children or to the children of today, what would it be? This could be something you wish someone had told you, something that you were told that influenced your life in a good way or something that you just think they should know about life and how to live it.

This is good advice... Learning to say "no" and mean it, and learning to hold firm to that "no" and finding friends who are true enough to stand being said "no" to is very important.

Be an individual. Love your family. Be objective in your life experiences. Define who you are in many ways, not just a job, or city or family. This can change tomorrow.

Good advice... especially regarding defining yourself in many ways... as it is very true that jobs do change and roles, etc. do change as well... The core of the Self remains eternally consistant... That may be the only part of us which lasts and is unchanging.
