Perfect Sound card for Cubase SX 3/ 4

I just have audigy 2 to use sound editing. but i feel that it is not the perfect one for using stainberg Cubase 3 or 4.
Is there any card better than creative soundblaster audigy 2 to work properly with those software?
But i can't afford more than $100 ;)
