Daily exercise to be healthy

I've left playing and exercise 7 years ago. I was athlet. But due to job purpose, i'm out of that world. But for some days, i feel uneasy, some kind of imbalance in my body. and if i've been sick it took time to recover. now i feel for my fitness again. But as i'm 30+ and have not enough time i know it is difficult. Can suggest me for ome basic exercise to get a average fitness. I'd like to try those everyday for 30-60 mins Thank you
